Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as Rusty Rae Boutique store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit can be used toward another size, a different style, or anything else available at Rusty Rae Boutique.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items, jewelry, personal-care items, gift cards, and merchandise specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Handbags & Bags

Eligible handbags and bags may be returned within the regular 14-day return window for Rusty Rae Boutique store credit, provided they are unused and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Rusty Rae Boutique within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item, the issue, and the packaging when applicable. We’ll review the issue and provide instructions for the next steps.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Exchanges

Because inventory and availability can change quickly, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, an eligible return can be processed for store credit, which can then be used toward another available item.

Rusty Rae Boutique reserves the right to decline a return if an item shows signs of wear, washing, use, damage after delivery, missing tags, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, or other conditions that prevent the item from being resold.
